STRUCTURE:
The Insure Survey® is broken into two autonomous parts, or sections, designed to
allow an individual to “self report” on attitudes/behaviors in the selected areas.
SECTION I: 44 item multiple choice questionnaire that mixes “generic” interview
questions with items probing for “admissions” to behaviors and attitudes considered
unacceptable in our society.
SECTION II: 80 questions measuring the four behaviorally-based attitudes.
Since this is the psychometric portion of The Insure Survey®, it was subjected to
Validation/Reliability Studies by the University of North Texas.
Distortion: This instrument contains
a Distortion Scale.
Validity: Validation Study completed by
a major university.
